My bunch of calling cards which I'd created at 4a is crap. C-R-A-P. Or as someone else remarked, "Your 'stupid' card?" It included a wonderful and interesting quote in Latin. It was designed quite well if I say so myself, considering the parameters I was working in. blah...
So again I'm up this late redesigning. I've learned my lesson though. not ordering this late. Anyone else got good quotes lying about?
I love this one from Gilda Radner, who is inspirational on many levels:
"I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious Ambiguity."
Delicious Ambiguity. A great name for a band. Shoot, you can have it. I don't have a band even.
So all that and I made hummus AND pita bread today. There are those rare but magical moments that I rock.
